About this class
Dive into a powerful weekend full of creativity and inner peace. In our creative pottery with mindfulness weekend workshop, we combine learning and experiencing the potter's wheel with mindfulness exercises. In a small group (max. 5 participants), we focus on conscious design, breathing and connectedness — and create individual ceramics together. The course offers space for pause, self-expression and growth — including materials, glazing, accommodation and shipping of your works of art.

What you’ll do in the class
Saturday, 10:00 — 12:00 & 15:00 — 18:00
• Arrive with guided mindfulness exercise • Introduction to technology and use of the pottery wheel
• First attempts at shooting: developing basic shapes
• Deepening: Varying shapes, trying things out
Sunday, 10:00 — 12:00 & 13:00 — 16:00
• Arrival round with mindfulness on the breath
• “Turning off” (processing & finishing the workpieces with tools)
• Optional decoration & sample work • Finishing and finishing works
After the course:
• Workpieces are transparently glazed
after drying and scrubbing • High firing & shipping
